C-Joy Bakes

Owner of C-Joy Bakes, Trish Alward, was raised in Homer, Alaska. Between making waffle cones in her grandma Donna's ice cream parlor on the Homer Spit and baking with her grandma Joanne, she learned from a young age the joy and comfort sweet treats can bring. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2008, she set to work learning the techniques and delicate chemistry of gluten free baking. Now she's carrying on the family tradition of keeping Homer sweet through C-Joy Bakes. Whether treating yourself or celebrating with others, let us bring a scrumptious bite of joy to your day.
